Vendor Hours:
Setup times have been pushed back to make time for another convention to exit the floor and allow you uninterrupted setup time. Exhibit hours have also been extended at the request of many retail vendors. Please refer to the chart below for official Setup, Exhibit and Breakdown times. When do we get our passes/badges?
All registrants will pick up their passes (for themselves and their staff) at the SwingFest registration booths. Passes are not mailed in advance.
